Ramdas Accounting, LLC. is a Woodlands based CPA firm specializing in tax, audit and advisory services for individuals and business entities. We keep up to date on new laws and regulations and we provide our clients with the best industry knowledge and expertise.

Rahul Ramdas started his accounting career at Texas A&M in College Station. His very first clients were Aggie students just like him. After completing his CPA designation, he founded Ramdas Accounting in 2009 in Houston before expanding offices to The Woodlands. We have since merged with two other accounting firms to expand our client base and now have over 100 years combined CPA income tax preparation service experience. As one of the top-rated CPA firms in The Woodlands, Texas, we are equipped to help you and make this tax season run as smoothly as possible. With office locations in The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Town and Country, Northwest Houston, and the Galleria, we are well equipped to serve you wherever and whenever you need it. Rahul Ramdas, CPA, MST

Owner/President

Rahul graduated from Texas A&M University with honors receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Tax. Prior to founding Ramdas Accounting Rahul worked for Deloitte Tax focusing on International Taxation along with Mergers and Acquisitions. Rahul loves living and working in The Woodlands along with his wife Dr. Kira Ramdas and their twin daughters.

Rachael Knapp, CPA, CFP®, MBA

Managing Partner

Rachael graduated from Sam Houston State University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. After receiving her CPA license, Rachael went on to receive the Certified Financial Planner certificate to further assist clients with their financial goals. Rachael lives in Jersey Village with her husband, Jake, and three children.

Monica Spencer, CPA

Tax Associate

Monica graduated from Sam Houston State University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She worked in the oil and gas industry for 16 years before joining Ramdas Accounting. Monica lives in Conroe with her husband, son and daughter.

Samantha Fleitman

Office Manager - Quickbooks Certified

Samantha attended Rice University and Johnson and Wales University before graduating in 2013. After working in kitchens across the country, she joined Ramdas Accounting in 2016 after deciding she was more satisfied working with people and numbers more than anything else.

Jenifer Bryan

Staff

Jenifer attended Texas State University-San Marcos and received bachelor’s degrees in Fine Art Photography and Communication Design. She brings creativity to her role supporting the accounting team. Though not a CPA herself, Jenifer prides herself on building client relationships. Outside the office, she enjoys family time with her husband, son, and dogs in The Woodlands.

Paul Mugnier

Of Counsel

Paul Mugnier graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in accounting. After serving in the armed forces, Paul worked for a local Houston based accounting firm before starting Paul Mugnier, P.C. in 1980. In 2010 Paul Mugnier P.C. merged with Ramdas Accounting bringing his 50 plus years of CPA experience along. Paul has formally retired from Public Accounting but still likes to stay current and catch up with clients.

Lester O. Weison, Jr.

Of Counsel

Lester Weison, Jr., CPA merged his accounting practice with Ramdas Accounting in 2015 after practicing public accounting for over 50 years. Upon his retirement Les and his wife Judy moved to Colorado. Les enjoys staying in touch with former clients and friends.
